Had to wait 30 mins beyond my appointment time but this appeared to be because some emergencies had come in earlier in the morning. All staff seemed welcoming and approachable. I think I have made the right decision to join this practice.

Best treatment there since I have been registered.
Much better service, the receptionist was quick, polite and smiling! She was the only one on the reception and remained cheerful despite the queue of patients waiting at the desk. The dentist and nurse were quick and efficient, so much so I didn't realise that my treatment was finished!

Excellent service from Lloyd
Lloyd was very pleasant and made me feel relaxed before my treatment - the procedure went well and he advised me about pain relief should any occur. The only small negative and it's more to do with a couple of experiences and that is to allow the patient to relax his mouth sometimes, other than that all in all a good experience.

Totally impressed
I had previously had the same dentist for over 40 years but wanted to move to one closer to home. I had read positive reviews so contacted Parkway.
I have been really impressed with every aspect of my dealings with them.
The Reception Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful.
My Dentist, Lloyd Payne, is excellent.
He explains what is happening and is very thorough in identifying any problem.
He advises what options are available for treatment and we discuss how best to proceed.
I am so happy that I'm with Parkway.
Absolutely brilliant.

Gentle and professional treatment
Re-filling of broken tooth, following up temporary treatment last week. Was pleased that they were able to fit me in so quickly. Mr Blackman was very responsive to the difficulty I had with breathing and swallowing while lying back so worked around that. Very, professional, re-assuring and calming approach with emphasis on comfort and avoiding pain.

Ongoing problem
Had a tooth extracted by Lloyd Payne which is healing well, but I had an infection. Lloyd gave me antibiotics so I am hoping the problem is fixed soon. I was very happy that I got to see him quickly and he was very helpful.
