Crown Fitting
Had crown fitted by Mr Cottrell who explained everything as he went and it was all completely pain free! It is the only Dental Surgery I know that the car park is always full so it goes to show they are doing something right and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a good Dental Surgery.

Trouble with new filling
I had a tooth that had a hairline crack. Mr Blackman decided to refill the tooth, which was successful but unfortunately when I eat anything. It was uncomfortable, which I hadn't had before... So he has filed it down and suggest that we leave it for a period of time, so hopefully it will settle down.

Lovely dentist
I love this dentist, usually have good waiting times today was longer than usual due to emergencies, which I understand only thing I think could be better is having children prioritised as they won't sit still and quietly for an additional hour whereas adults can.

Tooth Extraction
My dental surgeon Terrianne is possibly one of the best surgeons that I have ever known so caring, so thoughtful in giving the best dental treatment. Sadly I have learnt that she is flying the nest to practice elsewhere. This is the let down of many a dental practice today that one becomes known to the surgeon then just as one is becoming accustomed to each other the surgeon is off to another practice not good for anyone.

Treatment was excellent
I had an emergency because I had lost a large filling, so the receptionist fitted in an appointment for me at very short notice. Everyone was helpful and courteous and I did not have to wait very long. I was very pleased with the service I received.

The best
Cracked a tooth on Friday, called the surgery who managed to fit me in on Tuesday. It was Bank Holiday on Monday so most probably not open.
Lloyd the dentist yet again was very knowledgeable and included myself in the decision making.

Tooth extraction
Lloyd remained late at the surgery to remove a problem tooth which was too painful for me to leave until after the bank holiday weekend. I am a very nervous patient but Lloyd made me feel totally relaxed, and I am very grateful that he managed to remove my tooth. I am still in quite a lot of pain from the extraction and injections but hopefully it will settle down soon. Thank you for all your help.

A tooth which had been filled after root canal a long time ago fractured. I phoned for an emergency appointment and was seen quickly. Treatment options offered with numerous treatment slots I could choose to elect the following procedure around my schedule. Dentist was knowledgeable and helped me weigh up several options. 2 fillings, 2 teeth removed and a clean.
Absolutely amazing, had a lot done for one session, but couldn't be disappointed with the service. I'm a coward when it comes to injections and teeth being pulled but my dentist Lloyd and his nurse were amazing with how reassuring they were to me, and talked me through everything they were doing, and helped make it as pain free as possible.

Lovely modern dentist
I have been a patient at Parkway Dentalcare for a couple of years. The service they provide has been great. The dentists are very friendly and competent in what they do. The practice sends out regular reminders so appointments don't get missed and they are always open and upfront with any costs that may occur.
