Annual Check up

Everything was find from reception to actually seeing the dentist and he was very through in his work. The only thing was that we had a appointment time and we did not go in for 10 minutes. No came out of the dentist room all the time we were in the surgery, I think this needs to be look at and not let people wait any longer then necessary.

Very caring people

Your service is excellent, including of course the Receptionists. The treatment I have received from the Hygienist and Dentist have been excellent, they are very caring people.

Excellent Standard of Service

I needed a small adjustment to my dentures, rang on Monday and got an appointment on Tuesday. It’s always a pleasure to visit this surgery as all staff are friendly and helpful. Again great attention from Lloyd and Katie. Thank you.

Fabulous Practice

Mr Cottrell is a delightful dentist. So kind, understanding and patient. The nurse too, is always welcoming, warm and greets you with a smile. I have been with the practice, as a patient, for years and would highly recommend them.

Late!

Had to wait over 20 mins for my appointment after having it cancelled first time round. Not easy with 2 kids. Not given a choice if you want to go ahead with treatment and the cost.
