Check up for the family

Myself, my husband and our 3 year old daughter came in today for a Check up. Dentist Lloyd Payne and his dental nurse were very nice and reassuring. They dealt with my 3 year old wonderfully and I was amazed that she let Lloyd look in her mouth, count her teeth and put some fluoride on them.
With myself and my husband he seemed very thorough and explained about further treatment which was easily booked in with the very helpful receptionist.
NHS prices as advertised. Would recommend to others as I felt at ease and I am not a fan on the dentist!

My dental treatment with Lloyd payen

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated in the reception area by Sam who for some reason asked Lloyd to come out to the reception to explain what was going to happen next reference the dentures I am having made .The reception area had quite a lot of people in it that over heard what Sam and Lloyd were saying. I have up till now been very happy with the treatment but now I'm not sure if I am going to come back if I do i do not wish to be a patient of Lloyds. I had a lot of faith in Harry but not with Lloyd.
