My appointment was at 9.25, sadly the practise was running 20 minutes late however once I was in the chair the staff were efficient and very helpful throughout my visit. Great access for pushchairs also. Car park a little chaotic but that can't be helped. I happy to use the off road parking. Very clean, tidy and staff very smiley.

Great surgery
Like a lot of people, I am not keen on trips to the dentist. Having been twice now in the last 6 weeks (1 for dentist and 1 for hygienist) Both experiences have been really positive. Staff are very friendly and make you feel at ease. Both times I was seen within minutes of taking a seat.

Calm, professional and friendly
A friendly and professional team, quick to put me at ease and kind to our two little ones. As a nervous patient I was very anxious, but I was helped to feel relaxed and kept informed at each stage of my appointment. 2 fillings and tooth out
I was quite anxious but was made to feel at ease, by the dentist explaining to me all the time what was going to be done, told me tooth was going to be difficult but would do his best which he did do, all through my treatment I was ask.
