I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist. When visiting my old dentist, I had always left feeling judged and insecure and so there was a point where I didn’t return. I’ve always been insecure with the condition of my teeth, and whilst they’re not the worst, they certainly aren’t the best and I do wish I had kept better care of them when I was younger (10-14). But going to the appointment I had on the 3rd, I left with the impression that the dentist isn’t so bad. The staff were nice and friendly and very professional. I will definitely come back and do regular checkups.

Child and family friendly

Was really impressed with the way the dentist and dental nurse interacted with us as a family. They worked around the fact we had a spirited 2 year old and baby with us. They were quick but efficient and explained everything well.

Great service, lovely practice. No issues. Very good and encouraging with my young children who were delighted with their sticker after their check up. Dentist was very thorough and outlined issues and ares to improve.

I had a very bad experience at my previous dentist so I was a little bit anxious about having further treatment. Much to my delight the treatment was pain free - and the appointment was for an hour! - it was carried out in a very professional manner by Lloyd and his dental nurse. Many thanks to them both.

Very happy in my choice of new dentist

This was my first appointment and I thought the decor and hygiene were of a very high standard. The staff I met, including 2 Receptionists, the Dentist and the Dental Nurse were all very friendly and the practice operates on first name terms, which I like. The waiting area is very calm and relaxing prior to treatment!
Lloyd was thorough, but the treatment did not seem rushed. I was aware of a particular problem and he set out the three treatment options and asked how I wanted to play it. I appreciated being involved with the choice of treatment options.
Very happy in my choice of new dentist.

Preliminary treatment for root canal work

The treatment received was efficient and fully explained.
However, I had great difficulty in making an appointment; attempts were made by telephone - all I had was a recorded message telling me to leave a message or send an email. There was no opportunity for talking to a Receptionist. Eventually I had to drive to the Surgery to make an appointment, all the while in pain.

Express and excellent service

Arrived without prior appointment, in pain, at what was obviously a very busy time at the clinic.
Staff were sympathetic and caring, offered me an opportunity to see dentist who prescribed medication after Xray and gave me clear helpful advice on what to do should the toothache not disappear within 5 days.
Excellent service and very professional as always. Thanks to everyone.
