First visit today, very impressed with the practice.
All the staff were very friendly.
I had not been for quite a few years, and I was prepared to be told off for leaving it that long! But the dentist was lovely and didn't pass comment.
The practice had a very calm atmosphere, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parkway.

Great service.

I’m a nervous patient but Terri-Anne made me feel really comfortable and explained everything to me.
Have to go back for treatments which Terri explained what she is going to do.
I’m really pleased with the service I received and the reception staff are all very welcoming and helpful.

Hygienist

Whilst the two girls I saw were very nice I have come away from my appointment feeling a little ripped off. I was told the price beforehand at £60 for half hour treatment, no problem with this as I’ve not been for a while and figured it would be worth doing. However my was appointment was for 10 past 10 I got called in just after 10.15 not a problem, but I was back at reception at 10.30 so not quite 15 minutes. My bill was still coming out at £60 which I mentioned I did not feel this was a fair service. The girl at reception went and spoke with the hygienist and came back with a £10 reduction. Better than nothing I guess, but I don’t think I will be returning to this hygienist service.

After previously having a very negative experience with one of the younger male dentists, I was anxious about my appointment. However, my dentist (the new female dentist) was absolutely delightful! She was clear and concise, patient centred and explained everything in detail. Thank you for giving me confidence again.

6-month checkup& clean

The NHS checkup clearly states check, clean & polish but this never happens - just advice to pay for a hygienist which is not affordable for many people especially pensioners!
So £21.60 is a huge amount for 2 minutes of a quick look & poke about but not actually doing anything! This does not encourage anyone to attend regularly due to cost

Tooth extraction

Saw a few dentists beforehand who would not undertake a tooth extraction as tooth was broken and am on blood thinners. So I was very apprehensive when Lloyd said he would get it out. Amazing service for a very tricky tooth, listened to my feelings throughout and put me at ease. No waiting time either. Great aftercare advice. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service

This was my first appointment at Parkway after the initial check up to have a bad tooth removed.
The staff were very friendly and make me feel at ease.
I was even finished at the actual time I was supposed to go in so no waiting at all.
Very efficient.
The removal of the tooth was painless and the dentist was superb.
Great service and would highly recommend Parkway
