Approachable, friendly team.

A relaxed calm atmosphere from the moment you walk through the door. I’m one of those nervous dental patients and find a trip to the dentist a worrying thought. Parkway Dental practice do a very good job of allaying my fears and making the experience as normal a process as possible for the nervous people amongst us.

I felt confident in the dental practice

Very efficient service, was not kept waiting, very clean facilities, light and spacious consulting rooms.
I normally hate going to the dentist but I felt confident in the dental practice, I will not mind going back again.

Good but not great ...

I am very happy with Lloyd the Dentist and Katie the hygienist. No problem at all. However, the admin and contact process is awful.

As an example. I cancelled my appointment with Lloyd for my 5/2 appointment because I was travelling on business. Today when I turned up she told me I had ' missed " it. i DID NOT. I cancelled it the week before, left messages on the answerfone etc. i know for a fact that you got the messages because you called back and told me on my message service. " Phoning to reschedule"

This was my first visit, very impressed, everyone was very friendly and made you feel at ease. I have been with my previous dentist for over 30 years and have complicated dental matters so was feeling quite nervous.

Best dentist ever!!!

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. The staff are always so friendly and happy the help. My dentist is so good and explains everything as she goes make it a pleasure to visit the dentist.
