I telephoned the Dental Surgery and as the lines were busy I left a message. I had a call-back the next morning and was given a appointment for later that day.

The Receptionists are proactive and efficient when I arrive; give advice on completing the necessary paperwork; and are efficient at booking future appointments.
Mr Cottrell and his Practice Nurse welcome me and ensure I am comfortable; carry out my check up methodically and carefully; explain clearly and concisely any findings and advise on treatment; give suggestions on caring for my teeth and answer any queries I may have.

Very pleased with the service given.
Your receptionists are very helpful and patient, they are obviously very hard working and keep calm and unflustered under pressure.
The dental work that I and my wife have had has been carried out expertly and every stage of the procedures has been explained. The dentists that I have been treated with are excellent as are the dental nurses. Highly recommended.

Lovely dentist - put us right at ease
My daughter and I saw TerriAnne and Jess yesterday for routine checkup. I have been nervous of the dentist since bad experiences as a child with school dentists. They both put us at ease and made us laugh - it was our first checkup with TerriAnne and I can honestly say she was delightful.

A check-up in two clicks......
Arriving for my appointment, greeted by receptionist, asked to fill inform in preparation for handing it in to the dentist, assumed receptionist had entered my presence into the system, waited for call from surgery, saw several other patients going in to same surgery over a period of time waited to be called, waited. for an hour..... After having seen the dentist leave the surgery, I went and asked receptionist about the delay. She checked and found I had not been entered into the system! Now an hour wait while dentist had lunch break. !?"!??!****
O.K. So these mistakes happen. I spent the (hungry, so my mouth would be clean for the dentist) lunchtime out in the pouring rain.....not a happy Bunny!
