First visit and it was a pleasure

I had been dreading this day, but I need not have worried, I was seen pretty fast, receptionists are wonderful, I saw Lloyd Payne and his nurse Katie, what a team, I was put at ease, everything was explained very well, they are a credit to your practice

I was dreading this day, but I was seen quickly, the Dentist Lloyd Payne was very caring and explained everything very well, Katie the nurse was great, they are a credit to the practice, reception were very nice and polite.

As painless as a visit to the dentist can be!

Had my first appointment at Parkway today after not visiting a dentist for a few years. All the staff were friendly and polite. My dentist, Lloyd, put me at ease with his professionalism and gave me a thorough check up and clean in minutes ( the dental nurse was very kind and took care of me during the uncomfortable cleaning process. I will be better and floss so I can avoid this in future!
The waiting area and room were both beautifully clean, very satisfied with my visit overall.
