Family check up

I am always impressed with the service we receive at Parkway and today was no different. We saw a new dentist today - Terri-Ann. She was very patient with my children, taking the time to explain procedures and helping my daughter to improve her brushing and I found her very helpful and friendly too. The wait was not too long, the receptionist was friendly and the environment is always pleasant too.

First appointment

This was my first appointment at this practice and was very impressed with the care that I received. The receptionist was excellent and very friendly. The dentist very professional and put me at ease. I have now made an appointment to see hygienist who is also at the practice.

Check up and child first appointment

The dental nurse was not very welcoming or helpful considering I had my hands full with toddler, baby, pram and clip board. Dentist was professional and gave useful advice. Previous experiences here have been exemplary however different staff today.

Good treatment

This is a new but busy practice and I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment. However when it came all went well. The dentist was on time, his examination was thorough and he offered clear and logical advice on future treatment. So I've booked again for 6 months time.
