First impressions are of a modern, light,airy and welcoming reception area with friendly, helpful and informative staff. Very clean and comfortable seating area. Consulting rooms are clean, light and airy. Dentist and nurse friendly and efficient. I am a refugee from a very expensive private practice which I have used for 20+ years, but recently the staff has changed and the efficiency and service have suffered. I researched several dental practices but chose this one after visiting initially to get a form to complete. These initial meetings are so important and set the bar for the rest of the practice. I could not fault your reception staff. So ... overall very happy. By the way the parking area is a bonus!! No trudging around in all weathers usually when feeling apprehensive! Thank you..

Great service in emergency
I managed to lose part of a tooth and the next morning called in to check if there were any appointments available. At that time there were none but I was asked for a contact number, with the assurance that should a cancellation happen I would get a call. About two hours later the call came, I was seen before lunchtime. The temporary repair was made and I now have appointments booked for further work to make a more permanent repair. All within a few hours. One very happy client.

I am so impressed
Just wow, cant say I have ever been to a nicer dental practice. The receptionists were very polite and attentive. Our appointment was a little late but they apologised for the delay and kept us informed regarding how far behind the dentist was.
The dentist we saw today was a lovely gentleman called Lloyd Payne, I can honestly say I have never had such a nice, thorough dentist. I moved from my old surgery due to poor patient care/ practice, Parkway is miles above my old practice and on first appointment I am so impressed with all aspects of my visit. Lloyd Payne is a credit to the practice, along with the receptions seen today.
