A Pleasant Experience

First visit, bit worried as not been a regular at the dentist for the last 5 years. Excellent dentist with a pleasant manner. Bright and cheerful receptionists, waiting area really pleasant and even parking. Could not be happier.

Always friendly and efficient

I always find Parkway to be very competent and pleasant people to deal with. Despite a small waiting delay of around 15 mins for this mornings checkup, the staff are always very apologetic and the service is exemplary.
They also do a great job using text/email to notify you of appointments and updating if any issues.

Dentist and nurse were brilliant

I have been to a few dentists over the past few years and there is normally something that lets them down. Today was a new experience. The reception staff were great, nice welcome and helpful. Dentist and nurse were brilliant, clear discussion on treatment and gave helpful advice. Again reception were great after the appointment and arranging a follow up. 5 stars from me.
