The practice is excellent
The practice is excellent. All the staff smile and are extremely welcoming. The waiting area is comfortable and calm. I never have to wait for very long, and the dentist is thorough and helpful. Nothing to fear about my twice yearly visit!

Hygiene appointment
Not my first time .. very satisfied patient. Been with private practice before for 20 years, not seen that much of care from the minute you step on the door until you leave. Reception, hygienist, nurse and dentist every one cares so much about your feelings and your treatments. Very informative and cross infection is at very to high standard. In actual fact I have asked my friends to register with you. Also the fact that I got rewarded for being extra good in cleaning my teeth by not charging the full amount of the hygienist cost made me trust this team even more.

Really happy I have this dentist
Attended today for a filling. The receptionist was very polite and friendly and let me know the expected waiting time ( just a few minutes). I received a friendly welcome by the dentist and dental nurse when I was called in and the treatment was carried out expertly and was painless. Nice surroundings throughout the building. Really happy I have this dentist.

Very gentle, thorough and understanding
Today I was able to take advantage of a cancellation to continue with my root and teeth cleaning programme. Robin was great as always, very gentle, thorough and understanding. I am now three quarters of the way through a whole mouth clean, which was years overdue because of my fear of dental treatments. I can now honestly say I no longer worry about visiting the dentist, and that feels great.

Broken tooth repaired
I rang in morning for an appointment and was given one for two hours later. I did not see my usual dentist but the lady I did see was very pleasant, explained all the way through what she was doing to repair my tooth and also an action plan for the future. .Very happy with Parkway have been coming here for years and never want to change my dentist.
