Excellent experience
I had an excellent experience today at Parkway Dental care - at my previous dentists my appointment was thrice rescheduled so I switched to Parkway. My consultation was prompt and my appointment was in good time. My dentist was courteous and professional and his work on my tooth was artistic. I was very happy with the work. The dental nurses were also very nice and had good banter.

From the first visit when enquiring about being taken on as a new patient, I was impressed by the place and especially the friendly receptionists. The complete opposite of the receptionists at our previous practice who were often very surly, almost to the point of rudeness.
When we went for our first check up last week we found that everyone was friendly and had a smile for you. The dentist, Terrianne, was happy, informative and gave a very warm welcome.
Not only a friendlier surgery than our previous one, but also within walking distance.

Extremely kind and sensitive
A pleasant experience from the moment you walk in. The practice is very tastefully decorated and gives off a calming atmosphere. The reception staff are always so friendly and professional, as are the Dental Nurses that invite you into the surgery. I have always been treated with the utmost respect by my Dentist, who is extremely kind and sensitive. Unlike some practices I’ve been to in the past, my Dentist never tries to talk me into treatment that are not always necessary, but always tells me exactly what the situation is and what treatment may be necessary in the future. This Practice is an asset to this area, in fact I would happily travel from further afield knowing how good this place is.

Attentive and efficient throughout
Both the hygienist and her assistant were attentive and efficient throughout my appointment. Friendly and informative I felt I knew what was happening throughout the whole process. My well being throughout the process was checked and I felt both welcome and safe in this environment.

He filled me with confidence
I was feeling really nervous and the dentist running slightly late doesn’t help with nerves HOWEVER the dentist was lovely and did a fabulous job of calming me whilst doing the fillings and he filled me with confidence he knew what he was doing which I found great. The procedure was done quickly, he responded immediately when I said I could feel something and I would rather have waited knowing the job was done properly then rushed in and out on time but the job not completed to the highest standard. I was given aftercare advice and all l in all feel really well looked after.

As usual excellent service from Parkway. I phoned Monday morning and as there was a cancellation I was able to get an appointment for the following day. I saw Dr Blackman who was able to fix my crown and sorted out a plan for my broken tooth. I have every confidence in Dr Blackman, who is kind patient and understanding - always puts me at ease, and explains the options available to me and I go home satisfied with the consultation and treatment.
