Tooth Extraction, New Denture

I have been treated by Terrianne over several months, leading up to todays treatment which involved a tooth extraction and fitting of new denture.
I have received first class dental care and support and have nothing but praise for Terrianne, she is a truly wonderful dental surgeon who takes time to explain exactly what treatment she will be administering and in turn puts one at ease, with the whole visit to Parkway Dental surgery a true pleasure. Large abscess in bottom of mouth.

Asked for an urgent appointment. Next morning appointment at 10.20am, excellent. Very sympathetic dentist who made me feel at ease. Prescribed Amoxicilin and asked me to come back on Friday. Very professional surgery throughout. Superb.

Would not go anywhere else.

My family and I have been seeing Mike for years and we would not go anywhere else.
I get nervous but Mike puts you at ease straight away. My husband and I had a check up and clean today so all good until next time. My son will be going for his appointment Wednesday and none of us feel uncomfortable as Mike is so good. In fact the whole surgery has a calming effect.

Dedicated team

Being the type of person that gets nervous when visiting dentists or doctors I really have to be in a bit of a state before I acknowledge that I need to make an appointment. Christmas Eve was not an ideal choice of course, but I was in a lot of discomfort so phoned to see if Parkway Dentalcare were open, to my surprise they were. The receptionist was sympathetic and welcoming. They had a skeleton team of dedicated staff to put others and my fears to rest. I didn’t see my usual dentist which was unnerving for me. However, the lady and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. They were literally just what I needed, a mixture of well known professionalism and a very small dash of comedy to put my nerves at ease. The fact that I was obviously nervous didn’t deter them, they did everything possible to make my fears disappear. Thanks to them I was able to enjoy my Christmas pain and nerve free. I’ve been with this dental practice for a longtime and without hesitation would recommend (and have done so) them.

Expert work

My uneven bite dislodged my wisdom tooth but refused to part company with me. I was very fortunate to obtain an appointment within a few hours with Lloyd Blackman who expertly removed it in a couple of seconds without anesthetic or any discomfort. I thanked him for his expert work and went to settle the account with the receptionist.
She told me that Lloyd said there was no charge. THANK YOU AGAIN Lloyd........even when you are 69 years old you can believe in tooth fairies !

Re-fixing of a single false tooth.

False front tooth fell out at 1pm today and an unannounced visit was made to the surgery as I was in the vicinity at 1.30pm. I was seen by a dentist shortly after 2pm when the tooth was re-fixed into position.

I can not speak highly enough of the service provided both by reception staff and by the dental surgeon Lloyd. My thanks to the Parkway team.
