As always greeted in a friendly manner, my appointment was prompt, the hygienist explained my treatment fully.

Check up carried out very professionally with recommending a tooth needing attention. The Staff are friendly the establishment is very clean and cheerful.

Efficient check up carried out, no waiting time as the appointment was carried out on time. Experienced friendly polite staff.

Unfortunately a large old filling fell out last night and was concerned when I would be seen.
However I had a 10 minute appointment today to fill the gap with 2 more appointments booked in.

Delay in receiving treatment due to late running appointments otherwise very good.

I'm sorry to say that although I have been very satisfied in the past I feel it necessary to be honest as requested to be so. Before treatment began, I asked if any shield would be used to collect debris and reminded the dentist that my implant was directly next to the tooth to be treated. I was reassured that a shield was not possible as the tooth was at the back but every effort would be made to clear debris.
After injection, treatment began to wear down the tooth to be crowned, moulds taken and a temporary covering applied until the final stage. This was done quicker than i expected. the dentist was dutiful and caring to stop if i was uncomfortable. I was informed the area might be sensitive.
Christmas has gone and 7 days after treatment i am having tooth ache. My biggest concern however is that as no shield was placed between the treated tooth and my implant, i can feel a slight ridge in the implant which previously was smooth (i can only assume this occurred when the drilling/sanding procedure was done to the neighbouring tooth)
The temporary covering seems cemented to my implant as well not allowing any space for flossing which i have been unable to do.
To be honest I am nervous for the second stage of treatment assuming the temporary covering will need to be drilled away and my implant could be damaged in the process.
