Check-up, Clean and Polish

The clean and polish preceded the check-up, rather than the other way round which I prefer. Also the appointment was moved by the surgery to a later date and later in the day rather than the original early morning one which I prefer. Consequently, I was about half an hour longer waiting for treatment.

As always, everything about this dental practice is first class and more. My hygienist Robyn and her assistant were lovely and interested in you as an individual. Robyn's bedside manner and patient care are impeccable and she is a lovely person. Thank you Robyn.

I think that that everything is well done at Parkway. The welcome from the receptionist is first class, appointment times are met and the hygienist and technician are professional and friendly.

Emergency treatment for toothache

Front desk showed aptitude and commitment which was appreciated. Mr Cotterill was caring, supportive and indicated it looked quite possible the pain is being created by the start of an abcess and prescribed an antibiotic which may solve the problem. I was very pleased, as always, with the care and attention.

I continue to be impressed

I continue to be impressed by this surgery and in particular the expertise of the dentists and hygienists. The filling was done in a really sensitive, caring and informative manner and at all times I felt in consulted and able to say if it felt uncomfortable. The friendliness of all staff at the surgery add to make a potentially horrible experience almost pleasurable! The best dental surgery I've ever visited.
