First visit
On arrival, reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The reception area nicely was decorated and comfortable. I was called in to see the dentist by the dental nurse after a short wait. Both the nurse and dentist were very friendly and welcoming. The room was again modern and nicely decorated, very clean and the seat was very comfortable. All very calm and pleasant although sadly I will need a bit of extra work on my teeth!

Hygienist visit.
Saw Robyn today for, I’m ashamed to say, my first hygienist treatment in a lot of years, owing to the painful experiences I have had in the past. I was quite terrified, but Robyn was just amazing, putting me at ease immediately and explaining everything in detail. I can honestly say that this was the first time this kind of intensive treatment was absolutely painless for me. I’m so relieved and now I know I don’t have to stress about future visits.

I made my first visit to Parkway this afternoon, anxious and daunted, after no dental care for over a decade. From the moment of arrival to departure the care and service offered kept me at my ease. Every step of the examination explained, a treatment plan suggested, with complete flexibility and I just felt I was their most important patient that day.
