I can 100% say that they’re great

What can I say!!! I’m absolutely terrified of dentists, cold sweats, nausea and on the verge of crying, and that’s just at the thought of going!!
Wonderful receptionists and nursing staff, and the dentist I had she was so lovely, made me feel at ease (well as best she could) even had me laughing, I’ve heard good reviews of this practice and I can 100% say that they’re great. Follow up treatment booked, so that proves( terrified patient I am ) how good they are.

Professional and friendly

I have also had a wonderful service from the team at parkway dental. Everyone is highly professional and friendly making visits to the dentist/hygienist pleasant and easier for me and my young family. I regularly recommend them to others.

Fantastic staff and services

I visited today for two appointments with the hygienist and the dentist. All of the staff, including reception staff, dental nurses and hygienist and dentist were all very friendly welcoming and efficient with their work. I felt very happy leaving.

Pleasant, reassuring manner

First check up

My daughter and I attended a first appointment at the practice. Everyone was very helpful and cheery. The dentist that saw us was very patient with my daughter (3yrs), who didn’t want her teeth looked at. She advised we try again next time instead of pushing it.

Good service

The surgery has a good relaxing feel to it as soon as you walk into it, it's spacious, clean, tidy and plenty of chairs to use while you wait.
The receptionist was very good and efficient and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The time to get a follow up appointment was only a matter of a couple of weeks and I was quoted a fixed price for the work which they were going to provide. In addition, it was real bonus that they were taking on NHS patients so we are hoping to get our son on their books too.

Hygienist appointment at Parkway

The last full hygienist appointment I had was extremely painful. This was about 4/5 years ago from memory. This one although very thorough was quite different. I have already made an appointment for February. In fact I was so impressed I was intending to phone the practice. The only reason I’m not referring anyone to the practice is that I’ve already done so .
