Nervous patient

I am a rather nervous patient when it comes to the dentist but Terrianne was a delight. She put me at ease, talked me though each stage and had me leaving with laughter, rather than the usual teary eyes of fear!

Fantastic experience

Just had a wisdom tooth extracted - amazed how quick, straightforward and pain-free it was. Mr Cottrell is everything you could ask for in a dentist - professional, personable, courteous... but mostly excellent at pain-free dental treatment! Would very highly recommend. The whole practice is very efficient and helpful.

The dentist is not a place I like to go unless I absolutely have to, however, Parkway Dentalcare and the team do everything possible to make it a good place. From 5* friendly service and a professional environment to very good treatments and a lot of patience.

So relieved!

After years (at least 6!) of not visiting the dentist; lots of bad experiences, I finally plucked up the courage to join Parkway and had my first appointment today. Terrianne was absolutely wonderful, she made me feel so comfortable and totally at ease. I'm actually looking forward to going back for my recommended treatment and getting back on track.

Hygienest

Dentist is lovely but I have never been seen at the time of my appointment.
I was only person in surgery yesterday and was still seen 5minutes after my appointment time. I was 15 early and spent 20 minutes listening to the girls chat away.
£60 is also quite pricey for 10minute appointment.

Quick and easy filling

The surgery is clean and modern. I was seen bang on time, no delays. The receptionists are polite and helpful.
Terrianne is an excellent dentist. Professional, polite and very friendly. She gave me a filling which remedied a tooth gap problem I have been struggling with for the past 6 months.
The procedure was quick and painless and she made great conversation while we waited for the anesthetic to kick in.
