I trust the care that they provide
Professional and friendly check up. All staff are wonderful here. Reception are very helpful, the nurses are polite and put you at ease. The dentist is highly professional and it’s the first dental surgery I have fully put my trust in. I am a nervous patient but coming here has cured my nerves and worries. Dentist is great with kids too. I trust the care that they provide.

Filling and a Check-up
No trouble at all, replacement of a broken filling done and a check-up found another filling was required. This was booked and an appointment email received by the time I had returned home. I then phoned to re-book as I could not make the date and time. As yet confirmation of the new appointment has not been received.

Good experience. fast efficient Sadly my Grand son was taken off Parkway list as reminder messages had been sent to wrong mobile number. This is very sad as he is working and finds it difficult to keep on top of appointments. I think more discretion about striking patients off nhs list should be used.

I can't praise my dentist Harry Ball enough! Im such a nervous patient always loses it when I walks through the door but he manages to get me in the chair every time I've only been with this dentist for a short time but my fears are slowly getting better with every appointment. I recently attended Parkway Dentalcare for a routine check up with my two children. I am always impressed by how welcoming and friendly staff are from reception through to the consultation room. Our dentist is always approachable and friendly and engages the children right from the start - there is a real emphasis on making the experience a positive one for children to lay the foundations for good dental hygiene and the importance of regular check ups.
