Dentures

I had a new dentures today. Unfortunately they do not sit straight. I mention that they didn't sit on the lower teeth. The dentist told me they where just touching. The back dentures do not align with my corresponding teeth.

I was very pleased

I was pleased with the very friendly service and pleasant responses from all the staff not just the reception who were very helpful. Lloyd and his nurse were very professional and explained everything that I needed to know and gave me clear details of the treatment that I will be receiving next week. I think Mr Blackman is very good, he is very kind and caring when I’ve been unwell or had any teeth problems. He is good at dealing with my children too (youngest one was a bit tricky as she has special needs).

The treatment was explained throughout. I felt very reassured by the dental nurse and the dentist. The dental nurse held my hands whilst I had an injection which made me feel better and felt reassured.

A quick, painless and thorough inspection

A quick, painless and thorough inspection and clean up by Dr H Ball and his able assistant (dental nurse) was much appreciated. Both dental surgeon and assistant came over as friendly, helpful and interested in me personally.
Prior to the check up, the receptionist was extremely cheerful, friendly and helpful with filling in the relevant paperwork (I am visually impaired) before I added my signatures.

In summary, a most enjoyable visit.

Emergency filling replacement

Within 24 hours of phoning for an emergency appointment I had had the filling replaced. Although this wasn't carried out by Mr Cottrell as he is away I was very impressed with the treatment and thoughtfulness I received from the dentist and his assistants. I don't like needles or pain so I was a bit anxious but the dentist understood and was able to reassure me as he went through the treatment. That you for making it as painless as possible!!
