Emergency appointment for filling

Phoned in the morning and seen same day. Never expected the filling to be done on the emergency appointment but it was. Zero discomfort, very professional, exceptionally clean, rapid work with more than satisfied outcome.
I am so pleased I joined this dentist after 30 years of horrific treatment I thought was normal. Thank you and hugely recommended.

Just a checkup with Mr. Cottrell. I can never give this practice and the team enough praise. In the many years I've been a patient, and a nervous patient - always been put at ease. Never look forward to my appointments but they are definitely a patient first practice.

Prep. for a crown

Had an appointment with Harry today to have a tooth prepped for a crown. I was very nervous but was put at ease in no time. Everyone in the practice is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and I am so glad I joined this practice.

Harry was as ever methodical and professional, and was able to confirm the problem, together with an immediate treatment and a suggestion of how to follow up to minimise the problem.
This reinforces my confidence as I have booked my new partner in for a check and she is quite wary of dental treatment and feels Parkway (appointment with Mike) is a good choice.

Root Canal - All in all an outstanding experience

Considering the nature of this procedure Dr Harry did a fantastic job. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. I was in and out as per the stated time and the reception team were very understanding when it came to booking the follow up. Staff are excellent and professional. Practice is exceptionally clean. Free Parking on site is a welcome bonus. All in all an outstanding experience.
