This practice is very clean with lots of room. The staff are all friendly and know their stuff. The practice is all on one level so it's easy for people in wheel chairs. The front door is an automatic type.

Review of painful tooth
Following an emergency appointment last week and a course of antibiotics I came back as although the problem had improved it was still painful. I was given the options available to me and had time to discuss it with the dentist. We agreed a treatment plan that suited me which will be dealt with next week. I like the fact that I was given advice and have time to consider my preferred treatment.

6 monthly check-up
I had my check-up alongside my 4 yr old and 6 yr old children today. Harry was as lovely with them as he always is, putting them at ease for their appointments. They got a bit bored during mine and my youngest was messing about a bit but he was really professional with me while being tolerant of them both letting me feel reassured my appointment remained thorough without feeling like I had to intervene with them. All 3 of us love how he manages to convey professionalism yet be so calm and clear at the same time. Thankyou!
As always, the reception staff were also lovely. Really pleased to be patients at this surgery.

Excellent all round service
I like the fact you get lots of reminders and opportunities to change your appointment time as after a year gap I tend to forget exactly when my appointment is.
The premises are clean and tidy and the receptionists are helpful and welcoming.
I was surprised to be called in on time for my appointment despite having and appointment after work, I think probably one of the biggest annoyances when attending a doctor or dentist appointment is having to wait around because previous appointments have overrun, so I would say I valued that most.
My appointment was just a routine check up but the dentist also managed to clean off a minor stain off one tooth while I was being seen which was a bonus.
Booking for the next year was easy and left me feeling that the service all round was of an excellent standard.

Well looked after
The hygienist was very caring as I was struggling with anxiety and depression. She took time to talk to me and helped me a great deal at that time. There was some confusion at reception as to how much I should pay so I think a better system is needed as it is confusing for the customer.
