Excellent first impression's, a very professional team although not started my treatment today they made me feel very relaxed and in good hands and extremely knowledgeable and polite reception staff. Look forward to seeing them soon and letting Dentist complete my treatment. All the signage in reception area gave very clear transparent information about charges and services offered so felt very informed before I even met my Dentist.

Warm welcome and friendly dental staff, when called in I was welcomed with a smile and taken to the room where my treatment commenced. Everything was explained and I would have no problem with returning and would certainly recommend.

I love everything about this Dentist

I love everything about this Dentist. From the always friendly receptionists who always give excellent Customer Service to the Dentist Lloyd Blackman who is personable and puts you at ease. I love the patience and kindness they show our Children. They genuinely seem to care which is a nice feeling if you are feeling nervous!! Thanks for always giving excellent Customer Service and looking after our teeth!

Hygenist

This was my second visit to the hygienist. I found both the hygienist and her assistant professional and yet very friendly. I was made to feel completely at ease and was given good advice on both visits. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming. Have already recommended Parkway to others!

Feel lucky to have my dentist

Been coming to this dentist for many years and two of my children still come here and now 2 of my little grandchildren. I have recommended Parkway to several people now who are also very happy with this dental practice. For me personally I think it is so important to have a dentist you can trust and many many years ago I had one that was not good so feel very lucky to be able to come here.

Being a grumpy pensioner, I was disappointed not to have anything to moan about

Required a replacement denture, the procedure took several short visits before the final fitting. At every appointment, all members of staff involved displayed a high degree of courtesy, professionalism and efficiency.

Refill tooth

Had lost the filling in my tooth. Harry was able to refill very quickly and expertly - feels like a new tooth! And I did not get charged for this. Very happy with this service as usual.
