Whenever I have contact with this practice they are always helpful and friendly. I have never liked going to dentists but Mike Cottrell has made me feel at ease and I do not have the same fear as I used to.

Pleasant visit
From being greeted by a smile from the receptionist to having my teeth checked by the dentist my visit was quick and simple.
The dentist offered a number of different options for treatment to a problem with one of my teeth and the final decision was left for me to decide.
Although a trip to the dentist is not normally described as pleasant, I have to say it was hasstle and stress free.
This dentist practice is probably the best that I have used and will certainly continue to visit them in the future.

First Time Visit
Really nice fresh reception and friendly staff, explained the process and had smiles on there's face this goes a long way to make you feel relaxed.
The dentist and dental nurse were very friendly and as I was feeling nervous seeing someone new they made me feel comtable and when examined I felt relaxed and worry free, treatment needed was explained as was the cost felt very happy and being nervous disappeared.

First Time Check
When walking in the surgery is bright fresh and clean, smiling staff to greet you very helpful and friendly. 100% better then our last dental practice. The Dentist himself and dental nurse were very good and explained what would be happening, made me feel comfortable. I was a little nervous going to a new practice, but I shouldn't have been and as soon as I was in the chair I felt relaxed and unafraid.
