Professional, courteous and polite

I arrived ten minutes early with plenty of room to park, on entering the surgery reception I found the hall area clean and quiet. I thought it was a library. The girls behind the desk were helpful, direct and professional, all wrapped up with a nice smile and courteous opinion. Lloyd Blackman was fast, professional, courteous and polite as always, I will always use your surgery as long as I have a local home.

Regular Check-up

No problems, I arrived 5 minutes early, checked in. I was given the form to sign. I was seen a few minute later than my appointment but not enough to concern me. The dentist was pleasant, thorough and quite quick. No treatment was required, I booked my next appointment and left. Half an hour in all.
