As usual, first class service from checking in to reception to having the checkup. Mr Ball was his usual courteous, friendly self - it is unsurprising my wife and I travel 40 miles each way to see our dentist (Mr Ball), when service is as good as this.

Had a problem with a toothache.
Waited over 2 weeks to get into see the dentist, I was informed that I need to have 2 fillings on either side of my mouth. Trying to book an appointment to have the fillings was problematic, I am now having to wait 5 weeks to get it done. I am just hoping that the ache will not hurt any more than it is now.

Tooth extraction
I was extremely anxious and nervous about this procedure today. My dentist and his assistant were absolutely amazing and put me at ease straight away and throughout. Firstly checking that an extraction was the correct choice and asked me if I wanted to continue. He explained everything as he proceeded and throughout the procedure and also reassuring me. I was also shown the problem and reason the tooth had to be extracted. His assistant give me clear aftercare advise and I was told not to hesitate to ring the surgery if I had any problems. All in all, a very reassuring and good experience. I certainly will not be so anxious in future. Excellent surgery and all staff very polite and helpful.
