Good place to go even if your nervous
I have always being nervous of the dentist but I've been going to Mike Cottrell for years now, even if I ever have to have a filling I never feel the injections he gives. I would definitely recommend going to see him for your yearly checkup. He also makes you feel comfortable. I'm always pleased when he says they're good and I don't need to see him again that year. The reception is also very nice and so is the reception staff.

I have no issues with the practice. Getting an appointment at a time convenient to me is easy. I have been seen usually within a few minutes of my appointment time and the treatment has been efficient and effective. Can't ask for anything more

Replacement Bridge
I had a replacement bridge fitted to my front teeth by Harry Ball, and would like to comment on how satisfied I am with the work carried out. Harry took the time to make sure it fitted properly. It was not until I got home and inspected it, that I realised what a good job had been done. Have recommended this practice to some of my friends who have since joined.

Fantastic and supportive staff
The staff at Parkway Dental were fantastic. The reception staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. The dentist and dental nurse were very respectful and supportive of my anxiety and need to take quick breaks during the treatment (fillings). I cannot praise parkway dental enough. I'm so pleased to have found such a lovely surgery.

Friendly and reassuring
I’ve been going to Parkway Dental Practice for about 25 years. I’m rather nervous but they do their best to put me at ease. My parents and my son all attend the practice and are also happy with the service. I’m dreading Mr Cottrell retiring as I’d hate to have to ‘break in’ a new dentist!

My dentist knows how nervous I am and how sensitive my teeth are and personally it's hard for me to trust people once I get hurt even at the doctor's or dentist or out of the health wall but my dentist has made me feel comfortable again about getting my teeth done and I will not be changing my dentist.
