Excellent service
The dentist provides a professional service which focuses on enabling the prevention of decay. The practice is welcoming and the employees work as a team, ensuring each appointment is streamlined and time related. The hygienist takes time to give sound advice alongside undertaking a thorough and deep clean. Locating a new dental practice on moving into the area was an onerous task as it is a service which is personal, sensitive and extremely important to me. I also consider myself very lucky to be able to access this NHS facility.

Parkway Dentalcare
I went for a check up with trepidation as usual, this is to do with childhood poor treatment not the current dentist who is very mindful of my fears and treats me very kindly and careful. During the check up he noticed that there was an unusual amount of blood under my tongue, took a photo of it, assured me it was probably nothing to worry about. I went back two weeks later when all was seen to be well. After a little attention to remove some plaque all was done.

X Rays taken of condition of implants and bone structure.
As part of my dental hygienist program, x rays needed to be taken to fully understand the condition of six implants undertaken overseas five years ago and the current condition of my jaw bones. A 'full face' x ray taken at another practice did not show sufficient detail to allow full evaluation, so I was invited back to have individual x rays taken of the four implants not fully visible on the original x ray. On completion, my dentist (Harry Ball) took the time to show me the x rays and fully explain the current condition of my implants and upper and lower jaw bones. The process was undertaken in a professional manner and his explanations were both very helpful and reassuring. Well done!

Two Fillings
I have always found the practice to be efficient and friendly. I had two fillings by Michael Cottrell and everything was perfect he has a good manner and his dental assistant was very efficient.
Also the practice manager was overseeing what went on so she has a better understanding with the customers, so that has be great news.
