Polite staff and reception but dentists don't seem to be aware of, and keep to, appointment times

The appointment was 15 mins late. I Thought it was 8:15 but was not seen till nearly 8:30. I thought I would get a "sorry to keep you waiting" or " sorry wer'e running a bit late" but it seemed they were unsure what time my appointment was. I did ask the dentist what time my appointment was and the dentist seemed to think it was "20 somehwere around past. He did seem a bit vague, or unsure. When I checked my appointment card said 8:15.

I don't mind if they are running late but a simple "sorry to keep you waiting" makes a BIG difference.

Being a nervous patient I hate sitting in the waiting area.

Yearly check up

I have been with this practice for many years and have always been very satisfied with the treatment and care I have received especially Mr Cottrell the dentist. I am very nervous and Mr. Cottrell is extremely patient and understanding and reassuring. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The premises are light and bright, clean and welcoming.

Very Professional

I have been using those practice for many years. The dentists, hygenists and all staff are very professional, friendly, kind and as gentle(!) as can be. Highly recommended

Harry your a star and your assistant, felt so comfortable and thanks to you guy's for squashing all my fears. I didn't realise how afraid I was till I walked in, but within a minute or so was at perfect ease. Thank you so much

Check up time and very professional

I am of the same opinion as my husband. We both came in for a check up, my appointment was also carried out on time, the staff are friendly and polite. My dentist is cheerful and very professional. The whole practice is so bright, clean and very hygienic.

Replacement filling due to damaged tooth

Excellent treatment as always by Loyd Blackman. I felt ridiculously nervous but he was very quick, efficient and reassuring. Pretty much pain free too. Lovely smiley and professional assistant (sorry didn’t catch her name). Thank you both.

Abscess treatment explained clearly

Parkway were able to see me at short notice to diagnose an abscess. I was shown the xray and given a clear explanation of the treatment short term and recommendations for the future to ensure I do not lose my tooth. I am going back for a root canal.
