Have just joined Parkway and as you walk through the door there’s a friendly receptionist waiting to greet you. I’ve been booked in with Lloyd and both him and the dental nurse have been polite, professional and friendly. Putting me at ease during treatment and explaining what is being done. Everyone at the surgery was extremely friendly and welcoming. Pricing was well explained. The dentist was gentle and friendly. Overall first impressions were very good. It was clean and bright. No queues or delays. Well run. Lots of reminders sent which is great.

Friendly and professional
Since Mr Cottrell moved to the new surgery the car parking can be an issue especially as so many staff fill up one car park completely. The reception staff are very friendly whilst also very professional. Mr Cottrell is good at the dentistry and has a very calming attitude in his manner with patients.

I had my first check up today with Harry and am very impressed with the treatment I received. He was very polite and friendly and has a lovely manner. Checking tooth for eventual bridging
Always a very relaxing pleasant atmosphere on entering the clinic, and the reception staff always exceptionally receptive, assuring and helpful. Mr Cottrell, always so professional, but has a gift of combining this with such reassurance and gentleness in his manner, which makes one feel completely at ease.
