Not so scarey after all!

As a nervous patient, I was apprehensive about my root canal treatment today. Having been at the surgery for a number of years now, I was however confident that my treatment would be carried out taking in to account my nervousness - and it absolutely was. Lloyd has been really great at helping me gain trust and confidence over the last few years and although I’ve had to have quite a bit of treatment, it’s all been necessary and discussed with me at every point. I would thoroughly recommend.

First check up

This was the first time that I've seen a dentist for a very long time. I've had a few bad experiences in the past however these guys at Parkway are by far the best, they even managed to get my 3 yr old girl to let them have a little feel of her teeth which is no easy task, would highly recommend.

I was treated kindly and efficiently

I needed both a filing and my usual 3 month hygienist appointment. I pay for the Hygienist and my dental treatment is part funded by the NHS.
I was treated kindly and efficiently. I would recommend this Dental Centre to anyone. They treat all my family including my two granddaughters.

Toothache - Investigate

Ongoing problem prompted a further visit to Parkway Dental Surgery. Following an x-ray the root cause was diagnosed and a treatment plan agreed. Fantastic patient care exercised by Lloyd and the team and reassuring to be in the care of such a professional.

A gentle and pain free process

My dentist Harry Ball was very pleasant to talk with about the work taking place on my tooth. He was very gentle giving the injection and explained what he was doing as the procedure went along. I was really pleased to have the filling done and that it was such a gentle and pain free process.

Broken tooth/check up

Hygienist

The hygienist Robyn was very professional and thorough with the treatment. She is also very aware when I am uncomfortable and offers pain relief when necessary. She is a credit to the surgery.

Emergency appointment for crown which had come out.

I checked in at reception and was asked to fill in the necessary forms . The receptionist was a very delightful young lady, - most welcoming and efficient. I was seen by Harry who was most pleasant and helpful. As I had suspected the root of my tooth had deteriorated so the crown couldn't be refitted. He explained my choices and suggested a plan for the future I am 72 old so was glad of the advice looking forward. I was not charged as no treatment given.
