I cannot fault the dentist

My first time having treatment at this surgery and I am an extremely nervous patient but I cannot fault the dentist or dental nurse they were so patient kind and considerate and did everything they could to keep me calm and get the job done.

Having not been a regular patient I was dreading visiting a dentist as I have had some bad experience in the past. However the treatment and courtesy by Mr Harry Ball and his assistant put me at ease and the extraction was a better experience than expected. Please thank them for me.

Tooth Extraction

Everything was explained beforehand and any doubts I had were answered. The process did not take long and was as painless as it could be for a tooth extraction. Aftercare advise was also well presented. As ever, really happy with my dentist/Dental Practice.

Crown Prep

I just wanted to say that I had an appointment today for crown prep work. As always Mr Cottrell is so quic , professional and gentle. I had no discomfort at all.
So even when I feel a bit apprehensive the reception / nurses and then Mr Cottrell always make me feel at ease.

Parkway dentalcare are a very friendly and welcoming bunch, making the experience very relaxed.
