Friendly dentist and great service
The dentist I saw Harry Ball is a great dentist, very friendly and was honest with my treatment with my teeth and the rest of the staff are very friendly and always smiling.

First Class Dentist
The care I receive at Parkway is and always has been exemplary. The staff are friendly, attentive and professional at all times. The pre and post appointment communications are great and it's always really helpful to get the text and e-mail alerts, especially as my work days are so busy and I am likely to forget without the prompt. I feel like I am in good hands with Mr Cottrell. He always makes me feel comfortable and explains what is happening throughout my check ups and treatments. My old dentist never did this, so I find my experience as a patient at Parkway first class. Thank you.

Friendly Service
We were paying privately at another dental care unit that used to be NHS. We choose to move as the cost was extensive. We are lucky we found this NHS dental care unit that is modern, friendly and caring. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good quick and efficient service
I had lost half of a filling so needed reasonably quick treatment. An assessment appointment, quickly followed by treatment. Very sociable staff helpful and efficient. Very nice surgery, and waiting area.

The appointment went exceptionally well
Both myself and my 9 year old son came for treatment, apart from the 10 minute wait, the appointment went exceptionally well with the dentist and assistant making the son treatment painless and easy for my son who was very nervous.

No wonder people have bad teeth if this is what a hygienist appointment costs!
Lovely staff but the treatment was painful, I have a very sore mouth and bleeding gums and empty purse! Why is the hygienist not available on the NHS? no wonder the Nations teeth are in disrepair. Used a 'drill attachment' to clean around my gum line. The dentists here are fabulous, as is the hygienist, but the whole experience was very traumatic.

A band 2 scale and polish, is available for patients who meet criteria on the NHS when referred by the dentist.
