Treatment ok , interdepartmental communication poor

I was happy with the treatment I received but was upset to learn that although in October I came into the surgery and informed the reception staff that my wife had died. This information was not passed onto the hygienist causing upset between us when she enquired after my wives health

Very easy going

I always find everyone to be very easy going and polite every time I visit. I like that the dentist proceeds with treatment promptly, and is very efficient and reassuring. The atmosphere is also very calming.

Parkways patient care is amazing

An inlay to a back tooth came out - phoned that morning, was offered an early afternoon appointment. All sorted. The entire team are so helpful and kind, I really wasn't expecting that - Parkways patient care is amazing. Thank you.

First treatment

Due to a nasty experience previously I have not been to a dentist for over three years, this practice was recommended to me. I met Harry and Hayley last week for a consultation and today for my first treatment. A challenge to say the least for this nervous patient with back tooth decay. An amazing job by both Harry and Hayley, as he managed to fill and not extract. Brilliant job and very caring. Thank You.
