Very good dentists
For years I've been seen by Mr Cotteral, now the last few visits I've seen Mr Blackman, both are very good dentists.

First visit
This was my first visit to the practice and as a nervous patient I was made to feel welcome and at ease. It has taken me a long while to pluck up the courage to attend a dentist again and I must say it was a good experience. The practice has a nice clean waiting area and I was welcomed by the receptionists who acknowledged me as I approached the desk, very refreshing.

Missing filling
I had a filling come out on Friday evening leaving sharp edges which over the weekend led to a badly ulcerated tongue. Rang in this morning and was given an appointment for this afternoon. Remedial work done and with options discussed as to course of treatment I shall return on Thursday to complete the treatment.

Nervous patient
I'm completely happy with Parkway Dentalcare and think myself lucky to have found them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I'm a nervous patient and I appreciate the effort made by everyone, from Reception to Dental Assistant to Dentist, in putting me at ease.

NHS Dentist with option of paid hygienist
Excellent NHS dentist, with hygienists in-house if required. They have a really good optional system of paying monthly for hygienist treatment, which also includes emergency dental cover whilst on holiday abroad.
Very reasonably priced with options for 2 or 4 times a year. I took this up but it is purely down to patient choice and not compulsory. Also a lovely light waiting room and parking and happy staff, doesn't feel as if you're at the dentist :-)

I have been with your dental practice for over 20 years and have always been completely happy and satisfied with my treatment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and always make you feel at ease. Also the surgery has a very relaxed feel about it, which I like.

In my experience they are always professional, efficient and pleasant, visiting the dentist has always been a bit nervous experience for me but I always feel more at ease at Parkway.
