A really friendly atmosphere

As usual there was a really friendly atmosphere. I used to be frightened of dentists but not since going there, I actually enjoy it. Strange but true.

It hurt, and has aggravated my gums (part of which has swollen) and I can still taste blood. Altogether a very unpleasant experience I would not recommend or repeat!

We're sorry to hear your experience wasn't as you expected. Scaling and polishing is usually pain free. However, if you do have any discomfort they can use anesthetic creams, or give you some local anesthetic.

It is important that you let the hygienist or therapist know at the time, so they can help with your pain. We will pop some information in the post for you to look at and if you would like to contact us at the practice, the practice manager and/or your hygienist will be very happy to discuss this with you in more detail. Trip to the dentist

9 month check up. Several days before received an email reminder - very helpful as I thought the appointment was the following month.
Surgery is very modern looking, fresh and clean. Always space in the car park.
Staff also very helpful - surgery manager also very nice.

First appointment

I arrived at the dental practice to be greeted in a warm and welcoming way. I was then seen by the dentist who again was lovely and warm and welcoming. I was a little nervous, but he immediately put me at ease and talked through everything he was doing. An excellent service and a fantastic team.

Had a thorough check up and a couple of x-rays. One potential problem identified, discussed and agreed way forward. Further check up and hygienist booked for 6M.

Problem with a back tooth and a check up

I have always had a fear of dentists and at last I have found a dentist that is helping me to start to overcome my fear.

Filing in back molar

The tooth in question has been playing me up off and on for a while - there was a cavity in a very awkward place - this has now been treated. The treatment l received was excellent.. no discomfort whatsoever and the dentist explained each procedure
