Lovely people, but disappointing time keeping
As always, everyone was professional, friendly and helpful and the treatment is top notch. Always made to feel at ease and the surroundings are clean and pleasant. I was very disappointed that my check up started 10 minutes later than booked. I was the first appointment of the day, so there really isn't any excuse for this. Hopefully this 'hiccup' is a one off.

Great Practice, friendly staff.
Having not been to the dentist for over 10 years. As you can imagine the thought was very scary to eventually go. The staff are all friendly and polite. Treatment went well, Harry and Hayley work very well together and make you feel absolutely comfortable and relaxed. Couldn't be any helper with the service- start to finish. Highly recommend the practice.

No Pain - Pleasure To Be Treated By Parkway Dentalcare
I am always greeted with a smile and a genuine warmth, by whoever I first see when I come into the practice. Mr Cottrell has a gentle manner and charm. He looked after me so carefully and whilst I had expected some pain, given that the work was quite deep, I experienced no pain at all during or afterwards. We are so fortunate to be able to be treated by Parkway Dental Care. I have been with many dentists in the past, all very good, yet Parkway Dentalcare is head and shoulders above the rest. Outstanding.

Parkway are a good dental practice
Parkway are a good dental practice for me because I didn't like the dentist but Mr Cotterell has built up his trust with me and tells me everything he is doing and as I have special needs I like him because he talks to me and not my carer .
