Hygienist

Carly is an excellent hygienist. She is aware that it is a treatment that I don't particularly like but realise is necessary and she always goes out of her way to make me feel more comfortable. My dental health has therefore become much improved since I have been seeing her.

I have had many appointments, unfortunately, since my Dentist who I had for years, since this I have had to put up with new dentist, this has not been that bad as I know new dentist need to be appointed. The only thing is they keep moving on, I would like to have one I can rely on.

I needed an urgent appointment and my usual dentist was on holiday. Saw different dentis but the care and treatment was Parkways usual excellent experience. Love this practice

Honestly I’ve always hated going to the dentist, avoided for years and consequently need to see them more now. Saying that I’m glad I found Parkway. My hygienist is lovely, she is as gentle as possible. Gives me breaks and we have a good catch up before she gets down to business.

Assess future treatment & Hygienist

I wonder if it would be possible not to have music in the Reception area. I wear hearing aids and I find background noise very difficult to cope with. When I ask for it to be turned off in the treatment room, that is readily done. Thank you.

Excellent hygienist visit

It is actually a pleasure to visit Carly. She is so friendly and so positive which motivates you to maintain good dental hygiene. Also she is highly efficient and very respectful of you as the client. I cannot speak highly enough of Carly and indeed the whole dental practice, I have only had good experiences with them, and that is as an NHS patient.

Emergency consultation

I suffered worrying symptoms following on from a facial injury from a fall that had caused a visit to A&E a few weeks before. I was seen as an Emergency on the same day. Everyone was pleasant and helpful and everything done was explained well and carried out efficiently. I was seen on time with confirmation of a follow-up at my check-up in 6 weeks time. I have always been very happy with Parkway who I’ve been a patient of since 1992 or thereabouts.

Friendly staff

What can I say but, from the reception staff right through to the dentist himself were polite, friendly and understanding. Would highly recommend Diego Ward (the actual dentist I saw), he explained everything to me before he undertook the filling repair for me.
