Dentist very gentle and caring

Surgery feels modern, clean and comfortable. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Arrived on time and didn't have to wait long to be seen. Car park a bit tight but still managed to get my large car in OK. Dentist very gentle and caring.

Dentist is good. However the service from the practice is very poor. Hygienist scheme is s rip off.

First Impressions

This was my first visit to Parkway and I was looking forward to see whether the feedback I had read was worthy. Up to this moment I had been very impressed with the care and attention given to my appointment and the receptionists kind and natural way about her. I was texted to arrive 10 mins earlier than my appointment to fill in forms etc. Unfortunately the 30 min wait after already arriving 15 mins early was not what I expected for a first appointment however the receptionist did apologise for the delay and assured me I was next to be seen.
The wait soon went out of my mind once I was called in and greeted by Harry and was put at ease by his manner and that he communicated with me and waited for my response before moving to provide the examination.
Overall I am happy to return and look forward to seeing Harry carry out my work.

Help when I needed it

I managed to get the bristles of an interdental brush (the bristles came unattached from the handle) stuck in a hard to reach place between two teeth at the back of my mouth and despite efforts to extract it myself I was unsuccessful. I live near to the surgery so I called in and they couldn't have been more helpful. After a short wait they were able to squeeze me in between patients and swiftly remove the problem. I fully expected to have to pay but was not charged and went away a very happy customer. I've always received excellent service from this dental practice, far superior to that which I have received elsewhere in years gone by.

Very gentle dentist

The practice is modern in design and efficient and the people in the practice friendly. Best of all Mr Cotterell is a very gentle dentist who does a good job. I trust him.
