Check Up and treat abscess
Treated the abscess, gave me a course of tablets and made another appointment once swelling has gone down
to treat the affected tooth, I was treated very well and given some good advice until my next appointment.

Treatment was good and efficient, however the Dental Hygienist plan is a con. The surgery is always cancelling and does not offer appointments at sensible times.
The dental hygienist plan costs £15.40 per month. They fail to offer appointments and cancel appointments then refuse to make appointments at appropriate times of day. This is just a way for them to take your money and offer on service. The Hygienist was also only interested in chatting to the dental nurse during the appointment rather than showing attention to the patient. The Dentist is excellent the service around the Dentist are awful.

We go as a family to Parkway, I am reassured the children's teeth are thoroughly checked each visit, the practice is always immaculate and organised, the receptionists are always polite & helpful.

The team at Parkway is first class
Only a check up this time with no need for further treatment. This is because of the care and previous work of the dentist. Just need to floss more was his comment as I left. Very helpful and friendly, I have had several dentists in my lifetime, 1 indeed was private, but got to say that the team (from receptionists to dentist) at Parkway is first class.

Helpful and pleasant
Even though I loathe going to the dentist I feel very at ease as soon as I walk in. There is no dental smell that you get in most dentists. The charming receptionists are helpful and pleasant as with the dentist himself. Explains everything to you and doesn't try to push you into additional treatment . Would recommend to all.
