Very calming with my 3 year old

Dentist was very calm and was able to settle my son (aged 3). To enable him to look in mouth which is something he does not normally like.

I was most appreciative of Mr Cottrell's information/advice regarding my teeth. It was the first time that I had been informed that the various cavities were NOT the result of decay, but simply wear through age and this was reassuring.
