A trip to the dentist which was a good experience. Unheard of....

I have been a patient of Michael's for over 15 years and his practice has gone from strength to strength. Since moving to the Parkway practice at Bedhampton the level of care and customer service from his frontline reception staff is exceptional. There manner and consideration towards all ages (my observations whilst in the waiting area) was excellent. Michael is exemplary in his profession and as a person with a sensitive mouth he has always shown great consideration. I appreciate very much the latest addition to their notice boards with regards to Dementia and being dementia friendly. This is can be an illness that is not like a physical ailment so people who do not understand think the person is being odd or rude etc. Education to all ages is paramount and I think with the different learning tools for children and adults available in the waiting area, it can only go forward to making visiting the dentist a more positive experience. So thank you Michael and your team. You must be very proud of how you and they represent your service at Parkway dental care.

Dr Blackman makes you feel very comfortable, very friendly staff

Mr Blackman is very friendly and thorough. The rest of the team are also friendly and accommodating. Nice surroundings and easy parking.

I have a lot of trouble with my teeth and am extremely self conscious about them. I have had some bad experiences in the past which have made me very nervous of dental treatment and dentists in general. My recent move to Parkway has been positive and I am starting to feel more trust and less anxiety when I come in for treatment.
