Happy, welcoming reception staff

Happy, welcoming reception staff. Colouring for my son to keep him happy. The dentist and the assistant where happy and knows how to keep him calm. Offered him a sticker and all round calm. Which is important as my son gets distressed over dentists and doctors etc.

I'm a nervous patient and Mr Cotrell always makes me feel reassured. The reception staff are very helpful and try to resolve any queries. Overall this is the best dental practice I have attended.
