Supply of new dentures

After numerous appointments and 2 failed impressions I finally received my dentures in late July. Having had them now for around 7 weeks I still am unhappy with the fit / alignment.

Very efficient, polite and friendly staff. Good appointment times for people who work late. Appointment was on time. Made to feel very relaxed and confident with check up and treatment.

Very bright modern surgery.
Very courteous staff on reception
Mr Cottrell is a lovely dentist- very calm and reassuring.
Always taken on time and treatment plan discussed. My days of dreading the dentist are gone.

I have been with Parkway for 25 years and Mr Cottrell has been the best, makes you feel at ease and really cares about the patient.

Nice to find a local NHS dentist and so far so good. Staff very friendly and the premises are lovely, modern and clean. We were seen on time.

Kindness and consideration

I have been attending Dr Cottrells practice for several years now. l am more than happy with all treatment I have received in fact I am in debt forever for the help, kindness and consideration given to me. I have seen many dentists in my years and only wish that Dr Cottrell had been my dentist from my birth. I am positive that I couldn't find better!
