Routine Inspection
I attended Parkway Dental Care on the 7th August 2017 for a routine inspection. The Dentist looked at all of my teeth and as this was my first appointment at this surgery, and noticing that I would require treatment, he took an xray of my upper mouth.
Having inspected the result, he carefully explained to me what treatment was require and produced an itemised invoice. I took this to reception and booked my next appointment.

A much better/friendlier dentist than my last!
My last dentist I had was awful and put me off from going completely. They made a filling in a back tooth which 8 months later caused me pain. She said I had to have a root canal with a crown or have it out. After my last treatment from them I avoided going back and been trying to find a nicer dentist ever since (over year) and gladly I can say I've found! I've had my root canal treatment and the care given to me was outstanding and caused me no pain what so ever, I was asked if I was okay and assured I was in the best hands to which I was. I'm so pleased with my new dentist and I cant thank you enough. Its put my mind at a better level and not to be so worried about going.

Emergency dentist appointment
I rang the dentist as I had pain in my tooth and was able to make an emergency appointment within a day. Although the dentist found that there was no problem with my teeth, I was reassured that the problem of pain may be related to something else such as pain from my gums as he x-rayed my teeth and found they were OK.
It was good that a dentist was able to check this as such short notice, as I off on a 8 day holiday away from home. ,

New dentist, exciting
I was recommended by an old friend, and can only say so far I have been delighted with my experience, the staff were courteous and helpful, the waiting room inviting, I managed to leave my wallet behind, and after a panic of course returned to the surgery where it was safely waiting for me, and also the receptionist had phoned my home to tell me it was safe.
This was a very good introduction to Parkway. Also the dentist was very kind, helpful, and reassuring, I would certainly give gold stars all round so far, and feel confident that if I need specific treatment in the future i will be in good hands..many thanks.
