First visit yesterday following recent registration with Parkway. Initial examination as a patient of Mr Blackman. Very pleased with the consultation, discussions around required treatment and the costs involved. The first time a dentist has shown me my x-ray results and fully explained the proposed treatment and further preventative measures necessary. Reception staff have been especially helpful in fitting-in my next two appointments with Mr Blackman, as quickly as possible, in order not to further delay this treatment.

New Dentist
Not sure how long Harry has been there but this is the first time that I have been seen by him. Very, very good. Also after talking to my wife about him apparently he has treated my grandchildren as well and she said that he was very good with the children. He looks so young that you may think he is just out of school, but don't let that put you off. He is professional, polite and courteous and did his best not to cause to much discomfort when injecting. Very pleased with his treatment.

Spot and swollen above tooth
When I can't to the dentist for treatment, Lloyd said that if I have any spots or problems on my gum where I have had the treatment, he said for me to contact the dentist as the tooth may need further treatment. I noticed a spot on Sunday, I phoned the dentist on Monday and had an appointment on Tuesday. Further treatment is required and they have managed to give me an appointment the following week, before my holiday. Thank you.
