Had to have an emergency appoint to refit a temporary bridge. Couldn't see my usual dentist but the one I did see was extremely helpful. Whilst I was waiting my dentist approached me and apologised for the fact that my temporary bridge had come loose, he was actually on a day off and on his way out of the surgery at the time. Couldn't wish for a more caring and friendly practice.

Very friendly, patient and professional service from all, which as a nervous patient who has had bad experiences in the past goes a long way. Clean and inviting environment, couldn't have asked for more for my first visit to this practice. Evening appointments is a bonus.

Friendly and efficient visit to our dentist.
Today my wife and I had to visit your dentist, for our regular checkups.
As always it is a "pleasure" to use Parkway Dentalcare, the whole experience is relaxed, friendly and efficient. I feel quite relaxed about using the dentist as it is quite apparent that they take your care and the experience of your visit seriously.
I would definitely recommend this practice to anybody that has a concern or fear about using the dentist, as most of us do.
